Reliable measurements are essential to validate performance, ensure compliance, and optimize engineering solutions. Our on-site measurements are performed to assess real-world conditions in existing buildings or installations. They can also provide missing input data required for accurate CFD simulations. Prototype measurements are typically conducted within our R&D projects. During product development, we design and optimize concepts using advanced numerical simulations. Whenever possible, we validate these designs by physically testing prototypes.
For both on-site and prototype testing, our engineers use professional, high-precision measurement equipment. We operate multiple airflow measurement devices suitable for a wide range of velocities and environmental conditions.

When required, we design and build custom measurement setups. For example, we develop dedicated test rigs to measure airflow through arrays of hot-wire probes or other sensor configurations.
Prototypes can be tested in our in-house workshop. While compact, our workshop allows us to assemble and modify prototypes, build test configurations and conduct controlled airflow measurements. This enables rapid validation and refinement during product development.
We use automated routines for measurement data acquisition & processing and for generating clear graphs and visualisations to illustrate our results. The resulting insights can be used for further product optimization, design validation or proving compliance with applicable standards and guidelines.
